Can I book a private tour for my family or work colleagues?
Yes, please contact Andrew at AMS Tours directly to discuss what you would like to do. He will be able to discuss your requirements, his availability and quote you a cost. andrew@amstours.co.uk

What if I arrive late to the tour?
We will wait for at least 5 minutes for any latecomers. I will contact you via mobile to see where you can meet the tour en route.
What happens if I need to cancel?
I know that things crop up that may prevent you from attending. Ideally, I would like as much notice as possible. If cancellations are made within 72 hours of the tour date/time, AMS tours reserve the right to request or retain the full fee for the tour. This may be adjusted, depending upon circumstances. This is in line with the standard terms and conditions published by the Guild of British Tourist Guides.
How do I identify you at the start of the tour ?
I will be wearing a blue lanyard with my photo ID on and may carry a sign or flag.
I have mobility issues will the tour be accessible?
Our guided walks tend to be around 2 hours long and are suited for people who can walk at a moderate pace for this sort of duration. There may also be cobbled pavements and some stairs to negotiate. The length of walks is usually between 2 and 4 miles. We tend to stop at several points so it is not rushed. We can also incorporate a suitable coffee/refreshment stop if required. Please let us know in advance of anyone in your group that may have mobility issues.
